I've learnt that, as a society, we must change how we perceive and treat technology. We have moved into the era of enablement, where the way organisations transform their digital ecosystems will become far more critical than ever before. A collection of people, processes, and technology are combined to create a flourishing ecosystem where people are enabled and encouraged to build awesome things that will optimise how they work. Ultimately, everyone in an ecosystem becomes a maker.
